Summer is here! The days are getting longer, lighter and warmer, making us want carefree art that radiates light and harmony. What about a piece of minimalist art stripped down to just shapes and lines? Something completely natural as the Curcuma and Graphite paints contain pigments taken straight from nature. Here the warm glow of curcuma meets the metallic shimmer of graphite. With the KREUL Triton Acrylic Marker Natural Pigments and the KREUL Triton Acrylic Ink Natural Pigments, we show you how easy it is to create stunning and unpretentious art.

Simple interplay of colour and shape

With KREUL Triton Acrylic Marker Natural Pigments we draw curves, dot lines and connect points to form geometric shapes. Wow, it is so easy to create minimalist acrylic art. It's wonderful the effect you get with the interplay of natural colours and organic shapes. Curcuma and graphite is a colour combination that thrives on the contrast between light and dark, warm and cold. You don’t need any sophisticated techniques to create fascinating art. The Natural Pigments colours are perfect for application with simple techniques.

Curcuma straight from the curcuma root

What’s special about Natural Pigments from KREUL Triton Acrylic? In the interest of sustainability, we have been looking for and have found alternative pigments straight from nature. The Curcuma colour contains a pigment extracted straight from the rootstock of the curcuma plant (curcuma longa root extract). The vegetable substance has wonderful colouring properties to create warm, glowing hues. Moreover, it is a renewable resource. The wash-effect Curcuma shade is perfect for summery highlights on light-coloured backgrounds.

Mineral grey with subtle metallic shimmer

As the name suggests, graphite is used as the pigment for our Graphite colour. Most people will know this mineral of the carbon element from pencil lead. Fantastic that our dark colour shade also has a subtle metallic shimmer. This makes the cool grey something really special in acrylic artwork. And it can be painted over other colours. Perfect for blocks of colour or simple lines that invite closer inspection.

Natural pigments – sustainable concept

Behind the concept of Natural Pigments are colours with their origins in nature: Curcuma and Graphite with natural pigments. We offer these alternative formulations in KREUL Triton Acrylic Ink Natural Pigments and in KREUL Triton Acrylic Marker Natural Pigments. The formulations for acrylic markers and acrylic inks are coordinated with each other. So you can refill markers that have run dry with the corresponding ink. Fantastic for lengthening the lifetime of acrylic markers. The plastic barrel of KREUL Triton Acrylic Natural Pigment markers consists of 70 % Post-Consumer-Recycling-Material (PCR), that is a recycled material that has already been used once in consumer goods. Ink and markers are produced at our facility in Hallerndorf in Upper Franconia. Made in Germany, alternative substances, packaging made of mainly recycled materials – with acrylic painting with Natural Pigments, we are committed to more sustainability.
