Happy New Year – in glittering letters

Step 1: Letter the greeting with KREUL Glue Marker
First, use KREUL Wood Stain to prime a wooden board. We have used wood stain in Ebony as the glitter shows up really well on a dark background.
Once the wood stain has dried, sketch out your "Happy New Year" onto the board. The lines are clearly visible if you use white copy paper. Now, time for the KREUL Glue Marker. Leave the cap on the marker and shake the marker vigorously. Then pump the glue to the tip of the marker on a sheet of paper until you can see the liquid. Go over your sketched-out lettering with the KREUL Glue Marker. For the filigree letters, we only use the corner of the marker.
Step 2: Sprinkle glitter onto the letters
Don’t let the glue dry, but immediately sprinkle glitter onto the still wet, milky-looking areas of glue. Tip: Do one section of the lettering at a time, as otherwise the glue may dry before you scatter on the glitter. Take a short break so that the glue and glitter can bond. Now for the wow effect. Allow any surplus glitter to fall down onto some baking paper. It's so cool how the glittering letters emerge. Use a piece of sticky tape to remove any unwanted glitter from the board. We have also stuck some KREUL Gems onto the board. Happy New Year! With a sprinkle of glamour.
